Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the N4 Camera Store Affiliate Program. By joining and participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to join.

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.

• We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Links & Tracking

• Approved affiliates will receive unique tracking links.

• Commissions are tracked via cookies and referral links.

• We are not responsible for commissions lost due to:

  • Cookie deletion

  • Ad blockers

  • Incorrect or modified links

  • Technical issues beyond our control

3. Commission & Payment

• Commission rates will be clearly stated on the affiliate dashboard or agreement.

• Commissions are earned only on successful and completed purchases.

• Orders that are cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent will not qualify.

• Payments are made monthly.

• Payment methods include [Bank Transfer].

4. Promotional Guidelines

Affiliates may:

• Promote via websites, blogs, social media, YouTube, or email marketing

• Share honest reviews and experiences

Affiliates may NOT:

• Use spam, misleading claims, or false advertising

• Bid on our brand name or trademarks in paid ads without written permission

• Impersonate our brand or represent themselves as an employee

• Offer unauthorized discounts or fake promotions

We reserve the right to withhold commissions if these rules are violated.

5. Intellectual Property

• All logos, brand assets, images, and content remain the property of [N4 Camera Store].

• Affiliates may only use approved materials provided by us.

• Unauthorized use or modification is prohibited.

6. Affiliate Responsibilities

• You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including advertising and disclosure laws.

• You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship (e.g. “This post contains affiliate links”).

• You are responsible for your own tax obligations.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your affiliate account if:

• Fraudulent activity is detected

• These terms are breached

• Inactive accounts remain unused for an extended period

Upon termination, unpaid commissions may be forfeited.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We make no guarantees regarding income or performance.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the affiliate program.

9. Modification of Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.

• Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
