Inside every Polaroid photograph is one of the world’s most complex chemical reactions. When your photo ejects from the camera, you need to protect it from light to let the chemicals work their magic. All our cameras have a film shield to protect your moment in those first few seconds. But if you've got an old camera without one, you can buy your own film shield, and fit it yourself. This one's designed for any Polaroid cameras that fold into place. So that’s the Polaroid SX-70, as well as the SLR 680. Now your photos can develop in peace.
